We’re working hard to coordinate logistics to help you make the 2024 Bakery Showcase a huge success!

Booth pipe and drape will be black (8’ back wall and 3’ high side walls). Aisle carpet will be salt and pepper. You may order any carpet colour from Boneyard for your actual booth space.

Official Move-in hours will be Friday 12 pm – 6 pm and Saturday 8 am – 4 pm. Move-out will commence at 5 pm on Monday, immediately following the show and run until midnight (if needed).

The tradeshow doesn’t open until 11 am. However, we do allow attendees in, starting at 8:30 am, for our 9 am and 10 am educational sessions located on the show floor.

Exhibitors are to have everything set up at their booths by 8:30 am on Sunday. Any forklifts or dollies will not be permitted after 8:30 am on Sunday.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Delta Hotel Toronto Airport
655 Dixon Rd, Toronto, ON M9W 1J3

The preferred hotel of the 2024 Bakery Showcase is the Delta Hotel by Marriott Toronto Airport & Conference Centre, located directly across the road from the Toronto Congress Centre.

A room block has been setup at the Delta Toronto Airport Hotel. The Delta is conveniently located across the road from the Toronto Congress Centre, home of the Bakery Showcase.

A block of rooms has been booked between Friday, May 3 and Monday, May 6. Rooms under our special rate are available on a first come, first serve basis. Our special rate of $189 (Deluxe Queen / Deluxe Two Queens) will be held until Friday, April 12, 2024. After the cut-off date, room rates and availability cannot be guaranteed.

You will also receive the discounted parking rate of $20 per vehicle, per day.

Sandman Signature Toronto Airport Hotel

A room block has been setup at the Sandman Signature Toronto Airport Hotel, between Friday, May 3 and Tuesday, May 7.

Rooms under our special rate are available on a first come, first serve basis. Our special rate of $169.00 will be held until Friday, April 29, 2024. After the cut-off date, room rates and availability cannot be guaranteed.

You will need to call in to the central reservation line at 1-800-726-3626 and provide the Block Code 2405BAKERY, in order to receive the group rate.

Parking is $15.00 per night, per car.

Exhibitors will need to create an account and search for Bakery Showcase in the search bar. Once you are at the store, you’ll find all Audio Visual and will be able to place your order.

WIFI
There is a lobby hotspot available for WIFI at the TCC. It is a free 10 minute hotspot and is available only in the lobby areas of the building. To access: connect to the hotspot, open browser, and when the page loads check accept terms and conditions and click connect me. BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT CALLS!

We have recently received a few emails alerting us to unauthorized calls from a party claiming to be from an Exhibition Company. These individuals, contacting exhibitors from the number 747-877-8057, are falsely offering reduced hotel rates.

We want to clarify that these calls are not from the Annex Business Media / Bakery Showcase team. We kindly urge you to disregard any such calls and avoid providing any personal or financial information. Our official communication channels are through our recognized email addresses and official contacts.
